Terms of Service

Triplist is pre-launch. These terms are a working draft published so the site is complete. They will be finalized and legally reviewed before the app is released.

These terms govern your use of the Triplist app and this website, provided by Triplist LLC. By using Triplist, you agree to them.

Your account

You need an account to use most of Triplist. You're responsible for keeping access to your email secure, since we sign you in with a one-time code sent there. You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.

Your content

You keep ownership of the itineraries, wishlists, travel history, and profile information you create. By publishing content publicly, you grant us a licence to host, display, and distribute it for the purpose of operating Triplist — including showing it on public web pages that anyone can view and search engines can index.

You're responsible for what you publish. Don't post content that is unlawful, infringing, misleading, or that you don't have the right to share.

Subscriptions and payment

Triplist offers a free tier and paid subscriptions. Paid plans are billed through the Apple App Store and renew automatically until cancelled. You can manage or cancel a subscription in your App Store settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are handled by Apple under their policies.

Travel information is not advice

Triplist provides destination information and AI-generated itineraries for inspiration and planning. This content may be incomplete, out of date, or wrong. It is not travel, safety, legal, medical, or visa advice. Always verify critical details — entry requirements, safety conditions, opening hours, bookings — with official sources before you travel.

Acceptable use

Don't attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the service.
Don't scrape or bulk-extract content from the service without our written permission.
Don't use Triplist to harass others or to violate any applicable law.

Our content

The Triplist name, logo, software, and destination content are owned by Triplist LLC or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property law. We grant you a personal, non-transferable right to use the service — nothing more.

Availability and changes

We may change, suspend, or discontinue parts of Triplist at any time. We aim to give notice of significant changes, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted availability.

Termination

You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms.

Disclaimers and liability

Triplist is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from your reliance on travel information in the service. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms and will revise the date above when we do. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
